These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and 3dbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3dbet website located at https://3dbet.buzz and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the 3dbet platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 3dbet platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 3dbet, including without limitation users who are browsers, members merchants, and contributors of content. 3dbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 3dbet website, applications, and all services accessible through https://3dbet.buzz.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by 3dbet to eligible Members.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Member in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) that are not subject to wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering and other applicable conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by3dbet before processing withdrawals or at any time at the Platform's sole discretion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Platform's own policy.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party licensed software studio or content provider whose games are made available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on3dbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3dbet strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in line with internationally accepted responsible gambling standards for casino and sports betting operations.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or associate of 3dbet, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must have the full legal capacity under your local law to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 3dbet or any affiliate programme associated with the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your jurisdiction.

With respect to Malaysian players specifically: online gambling in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and related legislation. No Malaysian government authority licenses or regulates international online gambling platforms. By using 3dbet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept responsibility for your compliance with your local laws. 3dbet makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered Account on 3dbet at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence, and preferred currency. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 3dbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify3dbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 3dbet shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use a third party's Account. Any wager placed from your Account shall be treated as having been placed by you, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.

In accordance with internationally accepted anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, 3dbet reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") from any Member at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal, following a request to change account details, where unusual account activity is detected, or upon a Member reaching specified cumulative deposit thresholds.

Acceptable Verification Documents

3dbet may request any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, confirming it is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds may be required.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in serious cases, Account closure. 3dbet processes all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Accepted Deposit Methods

3dbet currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), 7-Eleven CLiQ, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of your Account for current limits.
• 3dbet does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 3dbet reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it cannot be satisfactorily verified as originating from the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a method verified as registered in your own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.3dbet may conduct additional verification checks at its sole discretion.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) is 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Withdrawals of any active Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 3dbet reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of due diligence or AML checks where deemed necessary.

All bonuses, promotions, and incentives offered by 3dbet are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated on each individual promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When wagering with an active Bonus Balance, the maximum permitted bet or stake per round is MYR 25 to MYR 50 (or as specified in the relevant promotion). Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain other game categories contribute at reduced rate (commonly 10% to 20%). The contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Upon expiry, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus per household, device, or IP address is permitted unless otherwise stated. 3dbet reserves the right to revoke bonuses where it determines that this policy has been circumvented.
• Sticky Bonuses: Unless a promotion is explicitly described as "cashable" or "non-sticky," bonuses credited to your Account are sticky — meaning the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn, only winings that exceed the wagering threshold.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where such a cap applies, it is stated in the promotion's specific terms.

3dbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, or collusion with other Members — will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

All bets placed on 3dbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or betting market, as published within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 3dbet does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where specifically permitted under the rules of the relevant product (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet (including connection interruptions, server errors, or software malfunctions), 3dbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Member's Real Money Balance.
• For sports betting: if a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the published rules for that sport and market. Where no specific rule exists, 3dbet's decision shall be final.
• For live casino games: game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG or live dealer processes operated by the Game Provider. 3dbet is not responsible for any disputes arising from Game Provider system issues.
• For football betting specifically — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other markets — markets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing football body. Extra time and penalty shootout outcomes are not included in standard full-time markets unless explicitly stated.
• 3dbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the integrity of a sporting event may be compromised, or where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3dbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts), whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for legitimate manual human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected Game Provider system. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive format.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on knowledge of a predetermined sporting outcome.
• Money laundering or using the Platform in any manner connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3dbet staff, live dealers, or other Members.
• Attempting to access or interfere with 3dbet's technical systems, servers, networks, or databases.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or Account to access Platform services.

All content, materials, software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and other elements of the 3dbet platform are the intellectual property of 3dbet or its respective licensors and Game Providers, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3dbet or the relevant rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as confering any licence to use the 3dbet trademark, logo, or brand materials in any context, including in social media, advertising, or promotional content, without express prior written authorisation.
